Terms of Use

Using Dartio means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the app.
1. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Dartio on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to this app and which these terms add to. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse-engineer or modify the app except where the law says you may.
2. Dartio Pro
Dartio is free to use for 1–2 player matches with Quick Score, and the app is complete and playable at that level. Dartio Pro unlocks three and four player matches, Dart-by-Dart scoring, advanced statistics, trends, head-to-head records, unlimited history, advanced checkout tracking, Dartio Cloud Sync and Apple Watch scoring.

How billing works
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.
- Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency before you buy, and may differ by country.
- If you take the free trial and then buy a subscription, any unused part of the trial is forfeited, as Apple requires.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, or from More → Manage Subscription in Dartio. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are Apple's to give. Ask through reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in Dartio is broken, write to us as well — we would like to fix it.
3. What Dartio is, and is not
Dartio records the scores you enter. It is a scorekeeping aid: you are responsible for what you type and for the result of a match. Dartio is not an official scoring system for any league, tournament or governing body, and we do not warrant that it will be accepted as one. It has no betting, wagering or gambling function of any kind.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Dartio unlawfully, do not try to break, probe or overload the services behind it, and do not attempt to obtain Dartio Pro other than by buying it.
5. Your data
What Dartio collects and what it never collects is set out in the Privacy Policy. Matches are stored on your device; only Dartio Cloud Sync, which is optional and off by default, copies your content off it. Keeping your own backups is up to you — resetting Dartio's data, or removing the app, deletes what is on the device.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of Dartio, including features that depend on a service we do not run. If we remove something a paid plan promised, we will say so in the release notes. We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the app means you accept the new version.
7. No warranty
Dartio is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Tofesoft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, arising out of your use of Dartio. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer.
9. Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for Dartio. Apple has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
